Information We Collect

When you submit a form on this website, ON IT FLOORING may collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, project address, selected flooring service, project description, consent confirmation, and any photos you upload.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to free estimate requests, review flooring project details, prepare flooring preview follow-ups, schedule appointments, provide service estimates, and communicate with you about our flooring services.

Forms and Uploaded Photos

All website form submissions, including Free Estimate and Preview My Floor requests, are handled through our website hosting provider. This allows your contact information, project details, and uploaded photos to be securely received and reviewed by our team.

Uploaded photos are used to evaluate flooring projects, provide recommendations, and assist with flooring previews and estimates.

Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers when necessary to operate our website, process form submissions, host uploaded files, or communicate with you regarding your flooring project.

These service providers may have their own privacy policies and data handling practices. ON IT FLOORING is not responsible for the independent privacy practices or security procedures of third-party service providers.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information submitted through our website. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

By submitting a form, you authorize ON IT FLOORING to contact you by phone, text message, or email regarding your flooring project, estimate request, or appointment.

Message and data rates may apply. You may request that we stop contacting you at any time.

Information Retention

We retain submitted information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, provide flooring services, maintain business records, or meet applicable legal obligations.

Your Privacy Rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.
